A veteran of the financial services industry, Michael has devoted 23 years to helping clients realize their personal and business goals. A MDRT and Advocis member, Michael specializes in both insurance and risk management solutions that are designed to meet his client’s personal and corporate needs. Michael began his career with Metlife in 1995 and has since moved on to Clarica and SunLife Financial before co-founding his own brokerage.
BRETT VOLPE

Having graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Business and Political Science, Brett has focused his past 15 years in the financial services industry. An advanced estate planner as well as a MDRT and Advocis member, Brett provides financial planning and wealth management expertise to both personal and corporate clients. Brett is registered to sell Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Private Equity through Investia Financial Services inc.
RIAZ HANIFF
B.COMM, CHS, RIS
An Advocis member, Riaz meets each of his clients’ personal needs with best-fit life, critical illness and disability insurance solutions. Having graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce – Business Management, Riaz began his career on the retail side of home, auto and travel insurance with Cooperators Group. He has since served 4 years as a successful General Insurance specialist.
GAVIN COSCARELLA
CHS, RIS
Prior to joining Volpe Financial Solutions as an Associate Advisor, Gavin studied History/Political Science at University of Toronto and secured a Post-Graduate Business Diploma from Sheridan Institute of Technology. He served 3 years in Client Campaign Management with Pattison Outdoor, where he was responsible for overseeing the delivery of several high profile campaigns. Gavin is an Advocis member and is LLQP certified.
TYLER PARKE

Holding a Diploma in Business, and the LLQP Certification, Tyler has a strong interest in providing high quality service and knowledge in his role as an Insurance Advisor as well as all other facets of life. With his client-first way of thinking, Tyler has been successful in various industries prior to joining the Volpe Financial Team in 2022. Since then, Tyler’s personable and hardworking nature has helped him foster relationships with both his Clients and the VFS team as he continues his journey following his fathers footsteps in the Insurance industry.

After having operated a successful financial services company since 2011, father and son team Mike and Brett decided to establish Volpe Financial Solutions in Oakville Ontario in 2017. They recognized an opportunity in the marketplace to offer optimal insurance and investment advice to all clients.
Opening an independent brokerage allowed them the freedom to provide a wide array of products and services without the handcuffs of a large corporation.
