Michael began his career with Metlife in 1995 and has since moved on to Clarica and SunLife Financial before co-founding his own practice.
Happily married with four kids and two grandkids, Michael is a longstanding resident of Oakville. His hobbies include golf, travel and time spent with family.

Having graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Business and Political Science, Brett has focused his past 10 years in the financial services industry. An advanced estate planner as well as a MDRT and Advocis member, Brett provides financial planning and wealth management expertise to both personal and corporate clients. Brett began his financial career at RBC Dominion Securities, analyzing portfolios for high net-worth advisors. He left RBC to serve as an advisor with SunLife Financial, where he managed more than 400 client portfolios over 7 years.
An advocate of healthy living, Brett enjoys golf, running, biking and travel. Happily married and living in Burlington, Brett was born and raised in Oakville.

Having graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce – Business Management, Riaz began his career on the retail side of home, auto and travel insurance with Cooperators Group. He has since served 4 years as a successful General Insurance specialist.
Riaz is an enthusiastic, long-time member of the Oakville community. His hobbies include soccer, golf and personal fitness.
Prior to joining Volpe Financial Solutions as an Associate Advisor, Gavin studied History/Political Science at University of Toronto and secured a Post-Graduate Business Diploma from Sheridan Institute of Technology. He served 3 years in Client Campaign Management with Pattison Outdoor, where he was responsible for overseeing the delivery of several high profile campaigns. Gavin is an Advocis member and is LLQP certified.
Although he currently resides in Toronto, Gavin was born and raised in Oakville. He enjoys golf, sports and travel.
